All rooms at our Bar Harbor hotel are non-smoking* and we do not allow pets.

*There is a $250 detoxification fee for smoking in any room.

Families are welcome at the B & B as well as the motel. House rooms 1, 4, 7 and 8 can all accommodate up to 5 people.
All motel rooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

An ice machine and soft drink dispenser are available to our guests.

To reserve a room online, we require a 50% deposit of the full room rate.
We have a 20-day cancellation policy, with a $20 processing fee.
